Yes. First-time clients must complete a massage intake and waiver form. To save time, we recommend completing these forms online before your arrival. Otherwise, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete them in person.

    Late cancellations are charged the full service price, to respect our team’s time and allow others the chance to book.

Your comfort and privacy are our priority. You’ll be provided with a sheet for draping, and we ask that you undress to your comfort level. Professional draping ensures only the area being worked on is uncovered.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to keep our schedule on track. The full service price will still apply.

Yes. Gift certificates are available for purchase for any service or in any amount.

Guests must be 16 years or older for massage or body treatments. A parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form for guests under 18.

Yes! Contact us directly if you are interested in booking the spa privately for your group.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking and again with your therapist before your service. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.

Spa Etiquette


Arrival Time
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Enjoy one complimentary hour of mocktails before your spa service. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time.
